Great location near old Phuket Town, lovely staff.

It was just a decent option for a brief retreat in Phuket with high value for money. During my stay, the hotel staff's interactions were inconsistent, but one employee genuinely made an effort to help me with my luggage in the rain. Bring your own amenities, as the hotel does not provide basic items.

The location is super convenient 📍, close to shops! Unfortunately, the accommodation felt outdated and the breakfast was pretty basic. The staff struggled with English too. Could be better overall!

Rooms feel outdated.

I was almost impressed until i found sick splattered on the wall. not exactly the hygiene one expects. absolutely ridiculous that nobody seemed to care about dirty rooms. i expected a complimentary upgrade to maybe bask in some style. breakfast, too, was no banquet—how is that acceptable? honestly, just couldn’t leave a good review.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 4 nights, and it was pretty comfy. The bed was wide and clean, which was a huge plus. The staff were super friendly and made the experience special—like for my birthday, they offered me a free breakfast. The internet worked perfectly, too! But the bathroom looked a bit old, and the decor is a little outdated. Still, I enjoyed my time there.

The Pearl hotel boasts a fantastic rooftop Chinese restaurant serving the finest Cantonese dishes, prepared by a talented Hong Kong chef. The outdoor pool is nestled amid lush tropical gardens, making it a lovely spot for sunbathing and relaxation. My room was spacious and equipped with a refrigerator and satellite TV, which certainly enhanced my stay.
